About Zakedon
Zakedon is a free, ad-free exercise encyclopedia. Every exercise page answers the questions that actually matter in the gym: how do I do this with correct form, what does it work, and how do I make it harder over time?
Who writes this?
Content is written and reviewed by strength-training practitioners with over 10 years of training experience, then fact-checked against the openGym exercise dataset (1324 movements). Technique descriptions are written from scratch — not copied from other sites — and follow standard resistance-training methodology.
What about the app?
Zakedon is paired with openGym, a free and open-source workout tracker. Every exercise page has an "Open in openGym" button that takes you straight to the exercise in the app, where you can track sets, reps and rest.
